This policy describes how Studio NE 27 s.r.o. processes the personal data of customers and visitors to the website www.studione27.cz. www.studione27.cz.

1. Who is the data controller

The data controller is Studio NE 27 s.r.o., Company ID 24405981, with its registered office and premises at Nové sady 996/25, 602 00 Brno. The company is represented by its managing director, Nikola Đokić.

2. What data we process and why

Bookings and provision of services

When you book an appointment, we process your name, phone number, email address, the selected treatment, and booking details, such as the date and time of the appointment. You can make a booking through the form on the website, by phone, or via social media.

We use this data to handle and manage the booking, communicate with you, and provide the ordered service. The legal basis is negotiation of a contract and performance of a contract.

Online bookings made through the Amelia system are stored in the website database on the server of our web hosting provider. We keep booking data, including cancelled and incomplete bookings, for one year from the booking date. We keep data on completed visits for one year from the customer’s last appointment. After that, we delete it, unless further retention is required by law or is necessary to protect our legal claims.

Email and other communication

If you contact us by email, phone, or via social media, we process the data you provide so that we can reply and handle your request. We keep email communication for one year.

Payments and accounting

You can pay for services in cash or by card. We process data on payments and services sold for the purpose of recording payments, keeping accounts, and fulfilling tax and other legal obligations. The legal basis is compliance with legal obligations.

The company EIBD s.r.o. helps us with bookkeeping. We keep accounting and tax documents for the period set by the relevant legal regulations. Data needed to carry out a card payment may also be processed by payment service providers.

Photographs of hairstyles and customers

With the customer’s consent, we may take and publish examples of our work on the website and social media. Before taking or publishing a photograph, depending on its nature, we will request written consent. Consent is not a condition of receiving the service and can be withdrawn.

If a photograph allows the customer to be identified directly or indirectly, we process it as personal data based on your consent. After consent is withdrawn, we will stop using the photograph and remove it from places under our control, unless there is a legal reason preventing this.

We do not send marketing communications to customers by email or SMS.

3. Website, external services, and cookies

Web pages www.studione27.cz use the Amelia booking system. Data entered through the booking form is stored in the website database.

Web hosting and operation of the email mailbox mailto:info@studione27.cz are provided by Váš Hosting s.r.o., Zbožská 1385/40, 288 02 Nymburk, Company ID 24742252, VAT ID CZ24742252. Emails from the mailbox mailto:info@studione27.cz are forwarded to the Gmail email service operated by Google.

The website displays an embedded Google map showing the location of our salon. The map loads when the page is opened. We do not track the current location of website visitors. When the map loads, Google may process technical data, such as your IP address and information about your device or browser, according to its own privacy policy.

The website also contains a link to the Studio NE 27 profile on Instagram. By clicking the link, you are redirected to a service operated by Meta, which processes data according to its own privacy policy.

Cookies

The website uses the Pressidium Cookie Consent tool to manage cookie settings. The cookie banner distinguishes the following categories:

Personal data is accessible to the managing director and to employees who need it for their work. To the extent necessary, data may also be disclosed to our contractual service providers, in particular:

  • Google - forwarding and provision of the Gmail email service and operation of the embedded map;
  • EIBD s.r.o. - accounting services;
  • payment service providers - processing of card payments.

We do not sell data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area when providing their services; in such cases, the processing is governed by the applicable rules and safeguards for transfers of personal data.

5. How we protect data

Only the managing director and employees who need it to ensure the operation of the salon have access to personal data. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Your rights

Under the conditions set by law, you have the right to:

  • request rectification or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure or restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • request data portability, if the conditions of the GDPR are met;
  • withdraw consent, where we process data based on consent.
